1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Zoflema's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

2. Services Provided

Zoflema provides legal services in employment law, cross-border transactions, corporate law, and intellectual property in Malaysia. All services are subject to applicable laws and professional standards.

3. Confidentiality

All client information is subject to attorney-client privilege and data protection laws. We maintain strict confidentiality unless required by law or court order.

4. Fees and Payment

• Fees are outlined in engagement letters and invoices
• Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur interest charges

5. Limitation of Liability

Zoflema is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

6. Data Protection & Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and applicable regulations. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Outstanding fees remain due upon termination.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Disputes shall be resolved under Malaysian jurisdiction.

9. Amendments

Zoflema reserves the right to update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
